Oh, this was so good and so beautiful. And although it was not really a thriller, it kept me turning the pages (on my e-reader, that is), because I wanted to find out the secret of Laurel's mother.
I loved the descriptions of the relations between the brother and three sisters, and between them and their parents. I loved the story from the present and the story from the past (WO II and the fifties). I loved everything about this book.
